A quick update from alpha 10 to fix a few bugs.

The starting structures with a small base included unexpected defense and support buildings. This affected the updated maps from the base game and made early cannons more desirable as well as preventing most rushes.

And for newcomers, a warning message is sent when you build a power module without repairing it.
